Goodwood Station is a 90 000 acre 3rd generation owned and run working sheep station located 46km north east of the White Cliffs Opal Fields in Outback NSW. It is 11 hours and 15 minutes from Sydney CBD – Go for a good ole Aussie Road trip!
Goodwood shares an eastern and southern boundary with the Paroo Darling National Park and Peery Lake is a 45 minute drive north on the Wilcannia / Wanaaring Road.
Goodwood has an abundance of space for bushwalking and birdwatching and miles of rugged landscapes just waiting to be photographed or painted. Star gazing in a clear unpolluted sky is a must. We also have plenty of beautiful spots to do absolutely nothing.
They have accommodation which is VERY simple in shearers quarters – terrific fun!
We are RV friendly and cater for caravans and campers at the Woolshed Waterhole.
6 twin share rooms – sleeps up to 12.
Linen is not supplied (limited bedding packs available – $11 per bed).
The Bathroom is communal and shared with campers too there are 3 showers with a ‘donkey’ hot water system (wood provided)
There is a fully equipped communal kitchen with dining area and breakfast bench, refrigeration & gas ovens.
There are two flush toilets.
1 large covered outdoor entertaining area with gas BBQ & open fire at one end

$240 for a 2 night Standard Weekend for 4 persons (No linen it is $11 per person for a bedding pack – limited available)
$480 for a 4 night Standard Midweek for 4 persons (No linen it is $11 per person for a bedding pack – limited available)
Camping is also available and is less expensive.
Please note that school holidays and holiday/special event weekends are not considered standard times in most accommodations.
