Ramsay Retro Farmstay is 70’s stylish accommodation. You will stay in the homestead – built in 1965.
This farm family offers its guests a farm for walking, an amazing variety of diverse birdlife, and photographic opportunities. Bring your bicycles and explore the property.
Guests are always welcome to join our family and lend a hand on the Farm.
They will prepare arrange a Yummy Picnic Hamper for you to have in one of the paddocks, at an extra cost.
The Homestead is located on top of a ridge which overlooks the property and Old Man Plains. The accommodation here is fully self contained featuring collectables and has a great sense of the properties history.
Ramsay is a 10,000 acre farm which was once part of the Warwillah Pastoral Station in the 1800’s now owned by fourth generation family.
Ramsay Homestead has four bedrooms up to eight persons can stay in King beds or twins – quality linen is provided.
Step back in time as you explore through the house lots of 70’s furniture, 70’s kitchen items and even 70’s magazines.
You would have a private garden yard – it offers plenty of space for children to run and play. Guests are able to explore the property at your leisure.
DVD player – DVDs are available, games too.
Guided tours are available on the farm. Sheep and Cows too!
There are walking tracks that are also suitable for bicycles.
Learn about the true outback from the farmer, awake at sunrise and take in the picturesque sunsets, then wait a little to see the stars so clearly.
